Hi, I’m looking for someone experienced with Zapier + Google Sheets automation to build a clean backend system for my paid Whop community. I need two connected systems: 1. A master tracking sheet for my team This should automatically pull in and organize key Whop member data so my team can clearly track:     •    new joins     •    active members     •    failed payments     •    past due payments     •    canceled members     •    member plan     •    email / phone / bankroll info if available     •    current status / follow-up stage The goal is for my team to quickly see who needs to be messaged and why. 2. A lead / outreach management sheet for my VA I also need a second organized sheet or tab where my VA can track:     •    who she has messaged     •    what category they fall into     •    failed payment recovery     •    canceled member win-backs     •    new member onboarding     •    upsell opportunities     •    follow-up dates     •    notes / outcomes / next action I want this built cleanly so it’s easy to use daily, updates properly, and doesn’t create messy duplicate data.
