Job Description We are looking for a skilled GoHighLevel (GHL) Funnels, Automations & API Specialist to help build, organize, and improve our marketing, follow-up, and customer communication systems for a busy plumbing company. You must know GoHighLevel inside and out. We need someone who can properly set up and improve funnels, forms, workflows, triggers, pipelines, calendars, SMS/email campaigns, missed call text back, lead nurturing, review requests, and other GHL systems. This is for a fast-paced plumbing service company, not a slow sales-cycle business. Leads move fast. Calls, estimates, and jobs often happen the same day. We need quick response, fast nurture, smart routing, and clean automation so leads do not sit too long and go cold. We also need someone who understands APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations, including platforms like Yelp and other lead sources, so we can improve response time, automate parts of the communication flow, and create a better customer experience. We are not looking for someone who only knows how to click around inside GHL. We want someone who understands why timing, structure, integrations, and response speed matter in a fast-moving service business. What You’ll Be Doing Build and improve GoHighLevel funnels for plumbing services Set up and optimize workflows, triggers, and automations Create SMS and email follow-up sequences Build systems for missed calls, estimate requests, unbooked leads, pending estimates, and past customers Organize and improve pipelines for a fast-moving service workflow Set up calendars, forms, surveys, and appointment flows Improve review request systems and customer follow-up automations Connect GHL with outside platforms using APIs, webhooks, and integrations Help improve response times from inbound lead sources like Yelp and other platforms Audit existing workflows, clean up messy setups, and fix what is not working Recommend better ways to improve speed-to-lead, follow-up, and conversion What We Need Strong hands-on experience with GoHighLevel / GHL Experience building funnels, workflows, triggers, automations, and CRM systems Strong understanding of speed-to-lead and fast follow-up for service businesses Experience with APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations Ability to build systems that are organized, scalable, and easy to manage Good communicator who can explain what they built, why they built it that way, and how it helps the business Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work without heavy oversight Strong Plus If You Have Experience with home service companies like plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, etc. Experience with same-day service businesses Experience connecting GHL to lead sources and outside tools Experience with Yelp integrations, Zapier, webhooks, lead routing, and fast-response workflows Experience auditing and improving an existing GHL setup without making it more complicated.
