We’re looking for an experienced ClickUp automation specialist with Make.com (Integromat) experience to join an ongoing implementation project. This role is heavily focused on hands-on user setup and team training — not just building systems, but making sure people actually use them. The Project: We have a large-scale ClickUp system live across 19+ active projects for a construction company. The build is approximately 80% complete and integrated with several Make.com automations. We need someone who can come in, quickly understand the existing architecture, finish the remaining automations, and work directly with the team to get them fully onboarded and confident in the system. What You’ll Do: System Completion: ∙ Review and understand the current ClickUp workspace structure ∙ Complete remaining automations across multiple project folders ∙ Maintain and extend existing Make.com scenarios connected to ClickUp ∙ Build cross-list triggers, dependencies, and conditional workflows Hands-On User Setup & Training (PRIMARY FOCUS): ∙ Set up individual user accounts — permissions, views, notifications, dashboards ∙ Conduct live training sessions with team members (remote) ∙ Create user-specific workflows tailored to each role (office staff, field managers, leadership) ∙ Provide 1-on-1 support to help users adopt the system ∙ Document SOPs and quick-reference guides for ongoing use ∙ Troubleshoot user issues and adjust setups based on real feedback Requirements: ∙ Advanced ClickUp experience — conditional logic, multi-step automations, cross-list triggers, dependencies, rollups ∙ Make.com experience — ability to understand, troubleshoot, and build scenarios that integrate with ClickUp ∙ Strong training and communication skills — patience to work with non-technical users ∙ Ability to work within an existing system (not starting from scratch) ∙ Comfortable working with construction/operations workflows a plus Nice to Have (Optional): ∙ Close CRM setup experience — pipelines, custom fields, workflows, lead management This is NOT a beginner project.
