What I Need Built I want Claude integrated across the following areas: Website / Customer Chat - AI-powered chat on my website to handle enquiries, FAQs, and bookings CRM & Email (HubSpot / Mailchimp) - Automated, intelligent client follow-ups after appointments - Smarter use of HubSpot and Mailchimp, I have these tools but want to use them properly with AI driving the content and timing Bookings (Acuity) - Workflow automation connected to Acuity scheduling, confirmations, reminders, follow-up sequences Shopify - AI-assisted product recommendations, abandoned cart follow-ups, and customer communication flows Document Generation & Admin - Auto-generation of quotes and invoices - Staff/team communication templates and summaries - Stock/inventory monitoring and reorder prompts Business Performance Automation - I want to benchmark my clinic against high-performing beauty businesses and use AI to flag gaps, suggest improvements, and automate reporting - Help me identify what a top-performing clinic does and build workflows that emulate best practice Your Skills Should Include - Hands-on experience with the Claude API (Anthropic) - Integration experience with Shopify, HubSpot, Mailchimp, and Acuity - Workflow automation (Zapier, Make/Integromat, or custom) - Clear communication, I'm not super technical, so I need someone who can explain what they're building - Bonus: experience working with service-based or beauty/wellness businesses How to Apply Please include in your proposal: 1.
