Project Description: We are a dental technology company selling digital dentistry equipment (CAD/CAM, 3D printers, materials) in Latin Amaerica, for the phasse 1 we want to run this pilot in Colombia. We generate leads from Instagram and Facebook ads and want to build an automated sales funnel that handles the entire process from lead capture to scheduling Zoom meetings. The goal is to automate the workflow so that leads can qualify themselves through a chatbot and schedule meetings automatically. Ideally, our team should arrive at the office each day and simply see the calendar with scheduled Zoom meetings from qualified leads. Automation Flow (Target System): Lead generated from Facebook / Instagram ads Lead automatically enters a chatbot (WhatsApp or web chat) Chatbot asks qualification questions such as: Are you a dental clinic or dental lab? What equipment are you interested in? Budget range Location / country Lead information is stored in a database (Google Sheets or CRM) Qualified leads receive a Calendly link to schedule a Zoom meeting Meeting appears automatically on our calendar Optional: send automatic reminders before the meeting Tools we are considering: Make.com WhatsApp (WATI / Twilio or similar) Calendly Google Sheets or simple CRM ManyChat or similar chatbot platform Goal: Automate the entire early sales process so that leads move from ad → chatbot → qualification → meeting booking without manual intervention. Our sales team should only interact with pre-qualified prospects who have already booked a Zoom meeting. Requirements: Experience with Make.com or Zapier Experience building chatbot lead qualification systems Experience integrating Calendly or scheduling tools Experience with WhatsApp automation (preferred) Project Scope: Build a simple MVP automation system that can be expanded later.
