We are seeking a high-level Freelance Full-Stack Engineer with expert-level UI/UX experience in to architect and take the MVP to the next level for a disruptive, AI-driven marketplace. This site replaces high-fee human brokers with a commission-free, "Principals-Only" SaaS platform. In this role, you will be the sole technical owner of the Phase 1 launch, responsible for transforming a sophisticated business plan into a high-trust, functional platform. Technical Scope & Deliverables • Design-to-Code Mastery: Take the MVP framework and help design and build cusomt features like Whisper Listing portal and Deal Room. • AI Search & Matching Engine: Design a vector search engine, utilizing Google Gemini or OpenAI, to match buyer intent with specific asset data points. • "Broker-Substitute" Automation: Build generative AI tools to automate the creation of CIM (Confidential Information Memorandum) outlines and valuation checklists. • The Verification Engine: Implement a multi-tiered badge system integrating Plaid and Stripe to verify "Proof of Funds" and "Proof of Ownership". • Secure Deal Room: Develop a private transaction environment supporting encrypted document exchange, NDAs, and LOIs. • Legal Gatekeeping: Programmatically enforce the Principals-Only Legal Agreement (POLA) across all user permissions. Detailed Technical Requirements • UI/UX & Product Design: o Implementation: Proven experience translating CSS/HMTL designs into pixel-perfect, responsive code using Tailwind CSS and React/Next.js. o Brand Identity: Ability to help expand upon the brand guides and logo sets to create a cohesive, professional aesthetic that signals trust and legitimacy. • Backend & AI Architecture: o Full-Stack Expertise: Experience building scalable SaaS architectures with multi-tenant data isolation. o AI/ML Integration: Direct experience with LLM orchestration (specifically Google Gemini) for document synthesis and intent-based search. o Data Systems: Knowledge of Vector Databases for AI-driven matching and secure financial data handling. • DevOps & Security: o Cloud Efficiency: Experience managing AWS/GCP/Azure infrastructure while maintaining extreme capital efficiency (targeting ~$2.40/yr/user hosting costs). o FinTech Integrations: Deep experience with Plaid, Stripe, and eSignature/Doc APIs.
