We are looking for a Cold Email & Lead Generation Specialist to help manage our outbound lead generation process. Your role will include finding and enriching leads, organizing lead lists, setting up and managing Instantly.ai campaigns, and ensuring strong deliverability. The goal is to generate qualified leads, website traffic, and measurable growth in sales opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who already has experience running successful cold email campaigns. Responsibilities Lead Sourcing Find targeted leads using Apollo, LinkedIn, Google, and other databases Identify prospects that match our ideal customer profile Build and organize lead lists Lead Enrichment Enrich leads with verified data (emails, company info, etc.) Maintain clean and organized lead databases Cold Email Campaigns Set up and manage Instantly.ai campaigns Write or optimize cold email sequences Manage follow-ups and reply tracking Run A/B testing to improve results Deliverability Manage email warm-up and inbox placement Monitor campaign performance Ensure campaigns avoid spam filters Growth Generate qualified leads and website traffic Help produce a tangible increase in leads and sales opportunities Bonus (Not Required) Experience with automation tools such as n8n is a plus. If you don't have experience with n8n, training and support will be provided.
