We are a growing credit repair company looking for an experienced Dispute Manager to handle client accounts and manage the dispute process efficiently. The ideal candidate already understands how credit repair works and is comfortable using GoHighLevel (GHL) to manage client communication, workflows, and account updates. This role requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple client files at once while maintaining accuracy and compliance. Responsibilities: • Manage client credit repair accounts • Review credit reports from all three bureaus • Prepare and submit dispute letters • Track dispute rounds and client progress • Update client records inside GoHighLevel • Communicate with clients regarding updates and results • Ensure disputes are handled efficiently and in compliance Tools We Use: • GoHighLevel (GHL) for CRM and automation • Credit monitoring platforms • Dispute software / manual dispute processes Requirements: • Experience in credit repair and dispute processing • Strong understanding of credit reports and bureau disputes • Experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) • High attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously • Strong communication and organization skills Preferred Experience: • Experience with Metro2, FCRA guidelines, and dispute strategies • Previous experience working for a credit repair company Compensation: Please include per each round dispute fee when applying.
