OpenClaw Automation Developer — Browser Automation + API Integrations (Real Estate Media Company) We're REV Productions, a full-service real estate media company based in San Diego. We're looking for an experienced OpenClaw developer to build 4 production-ready automations that replace our current manual admin workflow. A detailed specification brief is ready to share immediately. Our SOPs are fully documented with step-by-step Scribe guides and Loom recordings. You won't be guessing at business logic — everything is already mapped out. --- The 4 automations: 1. Tonomo → SmartSuite Transfer — 86-step browser automation that fires on a Gmail webhook when a new order comes in. Reads structured data from our booking portal (Tonomo), creates Order, Client, Photo Queue, and Video Queue records in SmartSuite with all fields populated and due dates set. 2. Tonomo ↔ SmartSuite 2-Way Live Sync — Continuous polling sync for CS assignments, shoot dates, shoot times, and project status changes (reschedules, cancellations, postponements) in both directions. Includes conflict resolution logic and a SmartSuite sync log table. 3. SmartSuite Deadline Alerts — Cron jobs that query SmartSuite via API and send iMessage alerts to the assigned manager when photos haven't been sent to the editor by the next morning or videos have been stuck in a queue status beyond defined hour thresholds. 4. iMessage Booking to Tonomo — Natural language iMessage triggers that parse unstructured booking requests (client name, address, package, date, time, sqft, CS names, invoice amount) and book the project in our Tonomo portal via browser automation, then trigger the SmartSuite transfer. --- Tech stack: - OpenClaw - Tonomo (portal.revvideoproductions.com) — browser automation - SmartSuite — API + browser - Gmail — PubSub webhook trigger - iMessage — AppleScript bridge (imsg) - OpenPhone — API - Dropbox — API --- Requirements: - Demonstrated experience with browser automation (Playwright, Puppeteer, or equivalent) - Experience with webhook triggers and API integrations - Comfortable with Node.js - OpenClaw experience strongly preferred — if you don't have it, you must be willing to learn it before starting (it's well-documented and the skill system is straightforward) - Available for live screen-share working sessions — this is a hard requirement, not optional (see below) - Strong written English for code documentation Screen-share sessions are required I want to learn the system as it is built. This is not a "disappear and deliver" engagement. You will work in structured screen-share sessions, narrate your decisions, and involve the client at each stage.
