About Us: We're a fast-growing SaaS platform for med spas and aesthetics practices. As part of our client onboarding, we ship custom-branded marketing materials — rack cards, posters, A-frames, stickers, and more — to every new client. We're looking for a detail-oriented freelancer to help us produce print-ready files efficiently and accurately. What You'll Be Doing: You'll operate our existing design production rig to generate customized print files for newly launched clients. The workflow is largely templated and script-assisted — your job is to execute it accurately and consistently. - Open a templated builder rig in Adobe After Effects and input client-specific information - Export files from After Effects as Photoshop (.psd) files - Run our automated Photoshop script to batch-convert .psd files into print-ready PDFs (the script handles sizing, naming conventions, and PDF export settings) - Organize and upload completed files to Google Drive and Dropbox following our folder structure and naming conventions Requirements: - Proficient in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Photoshop (intermediate to advanced) - Comfortable running scripts/automation within Photoshop — no coding required, just executing existing scripts - Experience with file organization across Google Drive and Dropbox - Strong attention to detail — client names, colors, and text must be entered accurately - Reliable turnaround: orders should be completed within 1 business day of assignment - Able to follow written SOPs and work independently Nice to Have: - Prior experience in print production or prepress workflows - Experience working with branded marketing materials Engagement Details: - Type: Hourly or per-project (open to discussing) - Volume: Varies; currently averaging many new client launches per week - Location: Fully remote - Hours: Flexible, but must be responsive during US business hours To Apply: Please include: - A brief description of your experience with After Effects and Photoshop - Any examples of production/print work or templated design work you've done - Your hourly rate or per-bundle rate estimate
