*Overview*
We are hiring a Cold Outreach Systems & Strategy Consultant to audit, optimize, and scale our existing outbound email system.
We already operate a multi-tool outreach stack including:
ActiveCampaign
Apollo
Pipedrive
SendGrid
Multiple sending inboxes and domain infrastructure
This role focuses on strategic optimization and systems improvement, not basic campaign execution.
You will be responsible for ensuring our outbound engine operates efficiently, reliably, and at scale, while consistently generating qualified sales conversations.
*Role Purpose*
Ensure that:
-Email deliverability remains stable as outreach scales
-Outbound campaigns consistently generate replies and sales conversations
-Automation systems operate reliably across tools
-Performance metrics are clearly tracked and optimized
-Outbound infrastructure supports long-term pipeline growth
*Core Responsibilities*
1. Deliverability & Infrastructure Optimization
Audit and optimize email sending infrastructure
Improve inbox placement and sender reputation
Define scalable sending and warmup strategies
2. Outreach Systems & Automation
Audit and optimize outreach stack integrations
Improve automation flows between tools
Ensure correct lead routing and CRM tracking
Troubleshoot system inefficiencies
3. Campaign Strategy & Optimization
Refine and optimize existing outreach sequences
Improve segmentation and targeting logic
Implement structured testing frameworks
4. Reporting & Analytics
Define outbound performance metrics
Build reporting systems for campaign tracking
Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data
*Required Experience*
Proven experience managing cold outreach for B2B SaaS or e-commerce companies
Strong experience working with multi-tool outreach systems
Hands-on experience with:
-ActiveCampaign
-Apollo (or similar prospecting platforms)
-CRM systems such as Pipedrive
-Email infrastructure tools (SendGrid, domains, inbox rotation, warmup)
-Experience auditing and improving existing outreach systems
-Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
-Fluent English (written communication and async collaboration)
