Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Automation Specialist to help us build an AI-powered workflow connecting Monday CRM, Zapier, and custom webhooks. The goal is to automate lead processing and task creation using AI so our internal team can reduce manual work and improve response times. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in workflow automation, API integrations, and AI-based data processing. Project Scope: We need to build an automation workflow with the following functionality: 1. Capture new leads from Monday CRM. 2. Send the lead data through a custom webhook to an automation workflow. 3. Process the data using AI (OpenAI or similar) to categorize and enrich the lead information. 4. Based on AI output, automatically:    - Create or update items in Monday CRM    - Send notifications to Slack or Email    - Log processed data into Google Sheets or a database 5. Build the workflow using Zapier or n8n with proper error handling and logging. Key Requirements: - Strong experience with Zapier or n8n - Experience working with custom webhooks and REST APIs - Familiarity with Monday CRM API - Experience integrating AI services such as OpenAI or GPT APIs - Ability to design reliable and scalable automation workflows - Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills Deliverables: - Fully working automation workflow - Clear documentation of the workflow structure - Testing and proper error handling setup Preferred Skills: - Zapier advanced automation - n8n workflow development - API integrations - AI automation - Webhooks - Monday CRM automation Project Type: Small project / Proof of Concept with the possibility of ongoing work.
