We have an existing property portal website that uses Wordpress and the Estatik property software to list real estate agencies and their properties. Currently this is updated manually from properties listed on their individual websites. Part 1 Some of the agency websites are developed by ourselves so we have admin/DB access. They may be running the same plugin (Estatik) or a different property plugin. Step 1 would be a plugin to install on these sites that can sync the property listings direct to our poral. Should be a 2 way sync Step 2 Some companies use their own website which we don't have admin access. For these we would need to web scrape and then update our portal. Again should be a two way sync so when a property is deleted or leased from the agency site our portal is updated. Info to sync is relatively basic and standard property info e.g. description,beds, baths, prices etc and images.
