We’re looking for a reliable Customer Support Assistant with experience in Shopify e-commerce to help manage customer inquiries and order-related issues across two brands. Responsibilities: - Respond to customer messages via Gmail, Chatty Bot, and Meta Business Suite (Facebook & Instagram) - Manage orders and fulfilment issues using ShipHero and Veracore - Assist customers with subscription management via Recharge - Support store operations in Shopify - Handle calls/messages through DialPad and Google Voice - Assist with PayPal and Stripe disputes/chargebacks Tools Used: - Shopify - Recharge - ShipHero / Veracore - Meta Business Suite - Gmail - Chatty Bot - DialPad / Google Voice - PayPal & Stripe Requirements: - Shopify customer support experience - Strong written communication skills - Ability to manage multiple tools and platforms - Experience handling e-commerce customer inquiries
