We’re looking for a reliable Customer Support Assistant with experience in Shopify e-commerce to help manage customer inquiries and order-related issues across two brands.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer messages via Gmail, Chatty Bot, and Meta Business Suite (Facebook & Instagram)
- Manage orders and fulfilment issues using ShipHero and Veracore
- Assist customers with subscription management via Recharge
- Support store operations in Shopify
- Handle calls/messages through DialPad and Google Voice
- Assist with PayPal and Stripe disputes/chargebacks
