The project focuses on automating internal business processes and improving operational efficiency using Microsoft Power Platform and AI integrations. The selected specialist will be responsible for implementing these automation initiatives. The project includes integrations with internal systems such as SharePoint, databases, email services, and AI tools. Project Stage: Automation backlog prepared, implementation starting now Team: Automation manager + external automation consultant Responsibilities • Design and implement workflow automations using Microsoft Power Automate • Connect and integrate SharePoint, Excel, databases, and email systems into automated workflows • Build integrations using REST APIs and Swagger documentation • Develop automated flows for email processing, follow-ups, and notifications • Create automations that analyze and process database reports • Implement workflows that automatically analyze incoming emails and trigger follow-up actions • Integrate AI tools (OpenAI, Gemini, or other LLM APIs) into business processes • Automate logging and tracking of email threads, statuses, and activities • Build AI-assisted automation agents for internal processes • Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve business process automation Requirements • 5 + years of commercial experience in IT • 2+ years  of commercial experience as an Automation Specialist • Microsoft Power Automate experience - 1+ year • English - Upper-Intermediate + Nice to Have • Strong experience in workflow automation and system integrations • Experience integrating SharePoint, Excel, and databases • Ability to work with REST APIs and Swagger documentation • Experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, etc.) • Experience designing AI-assisted workflows or automation agents What We Offer Clearly defined automation backlog prepared by an automation consultant Opportunity to work with AI integrations (OpenAI, Gemini) Full ownership of automation implementation Remote collaboration with an international team Flexible and engineering-friendly environment
