I have been developing a web application over the last 5 months and I am moving to other roles focusing on marketing & strategy, so I need someone to pick up the full time role of development. My top priorities are someone who can communicate clearly, has a good eye for design, and are highly proficient in vibe coding. My personal stack has been Codex w/ Ghostty to spin up multiple agents as I work through each issue or idea. However, you can of course use whatever stack works you prefer. The general workflow will be that I send over a rough high level idea, or project expansion, and you must take full responsibility for architecting and implementing a solution end-to-end. You will have full access to our GitHub repository and will be working across the following core domains: 1. Advanced Web Automation (Top Priority) This is a massive part of the job. You must be highly capable of building and maintaining stealthy browser automation, complex scraping pipelines, and automated bots. 2. Dashboards & Full-Stack UI You will be developing some clean, neat frontend dashboards. It is essential you stick close to our brand's current aesthetic style. This is where your eye for design must come in to play. 3. Project deployment This project is hosted on Railway, deploying directly from our repo. So on every commit and push, you must make sure it deployed successfully to our live domain and the features work as intended. Any changes you make will publish to a set of active users.
