SCOPE OF WORK (SoW): Independent Data Analyst (Copilot & Microsoft Ecosystem Expert) Purpose: To design, automate and operationalise an end-to-end SME Capacity Building Data & Reporting System, including the development of a Copilot-enabled agent that streamlines diagnostic assessments, scoring, report generation, KPI tracking, dashboards and monthly/quarterly reporting across multiple ESD/SME programmes. 1. BACKGROUND Zevoli Growth Partners implements multi-phase SME development programmes that require consistent, repeatable, and auditable processes for: Capturing SME diagnostic input (forms, supporting documents) Scoring SMEs using configurable logic Generating diagnostic assessment reports Tracking growth plans and intervention progress Producing monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc client-facing reports Maintaining dashboards for real-time programme visibility To improve efficiency and scale across multiple programmes, Zevoli seeks a specialist independent contractor who can consolidate these workflows into a robust, automated, Microsoft-based solution with Copilot at the core. 2. OBJECTIVE OF THE ENGAGEMENT To design and build a Copilot-enabled automation framework that: Integrates diagnostic forms, supporting documents, and SME data Applies configurable scoring logic Generates diagnostic assessment reports automatically Tracks intervention progress and KPI movement Updates dashboards and produces monthly & quarterly reports Facilitates ad hoc analytics (Exco packs, external stakeholders, etc.) Ensures the solution is reusable across projects 3.
