Title: Salesforce Travel Platform Development – API Integrations & Offer Automation Description: We are building a Salesforce Travel Platform to manage the full travel sales lifecycle for a travel agency. The platform will handle inquiries, create structured trip offers, automate document generation, and support digital contract signing. Project Overview & Use Cases: 1. Customer Inquiry Intake & Lead Management: Capture inquiries from website, phone, and newsletter. Create Leads in Salesforce, qualify them, convert to Opportunities, and assign to Travel Designers. 2. Dynamic Offer Creation & Pricing: Travel Designers create trip itineraries in Salesforce using custom objects for hotels, flights, transfers, and other services. Total pricing is calculated per itinerary. 3. Automated FlipSnack Offer Generation: Generate visually formatted trip proposals in FlipSnack from Salesforce data. Before sending to FlipSnack, a PDF is generated via Visualforce pages to structure the itinerary, pricing, and traveler information. For reference, 3–5 Visualforce pages will be used to cover different offer formats. The FlipSnack document will include customer details, itinerary items, pricing totals, and the selected PandaDoc template link for digital contracts. 4. Digital Contract & Signature: Integrate PandaDoc for digital contracts. Contracts are linked in FlipSnack offers, signed by customers, and automatically reflected in Salesforce. 5. Accommodation Contracts & Invoice Processing: MuleSoft retrieves structured contract and invoice data from external suppliers and synchronizes it to Salesforce for review. 6. Website Data Synchronization: Synchronize Hotels, Flights, Rides, and Tickets data between Salesforce and the TYPO3 website. 7. CDN & Media Management: Store media (images/videos) on a CDN, link in Salesforce and website for scalable delivery. Milestones & Timeline: * Milestone 1 (6 weeks): UC-02, UC-03, UC-04 – Offer creation, Visualforce PDF generation, FlipSnack automation, digital contracts. * Milestone 2: UC-01, UC-05 – Inquiry intake, accommodation contracts, invoices. * Milestone 3: UC-06, UC-07 – Website sync, media/CDN management.
