Job Description We are looking for an experienced Notion expert to help us build a complete internal operating system for our startup using Notion. We are a small AI startup (4 people) working in the logistics space, and we want to structure our internal processes, documentation, and dashboards inside Notion. We already have a template structure we like, but we need someone who can fully implement it and build the content inside, not just create empty pages. This is not only a design job, we are looking for someone who understands operations, workflows, and internal systems. ⸻ Scope of Work You will help us: 1️⃣ Build the Notion Workspace Architecture Create a structured company workspace including sections such as: Company Overview • Mission & vision • Company values • Strategic goals • Organizational chart • Business strategy Departments & Teams • Operations • Marketing • Sales • Product • Finance • HR Project Management • Active projects • Project templates • Task management system • Roadmaps & timelines Knowledge Base • SOPs • Training materials • Best practices • FAQs Performance Tracking • KPI dashboards • Goals tracking • Analytics reports • Productivity metrics • Revenue tracking Communication Hub • Meeting notes • Team updates • Internal announcements Employee Directory • Roles & responsibilities • Team profiles • Contact information Resources & Tools • Brand guidelines • Tools access • Documentation library ⸻ 2️⃣ Create Actual Templates & Documents We do not want empty folders.
