I’m looking for a highly technical, data-driven operator to become my right hand in systems, automation, reporting and growth execution. This is NOT a VA role. This is NOT a marketing “strategist” role. This is for someone who builds, fixes, analyzes and improves systems. ⸻ Core Responsibilities 1. Technical Operations • Update landing pages • Set up campaigns end-to-end making sure everything works • Build and fix Zapier automations • Build integrations between tools • Troubleshoot broken systems • Handle DNS and domain issues • Create and manage coupons Kajabi / GHL 2. Data & Growth Analysis • Export and analyze Meta Ads & Google Ads data • Compare campaigns • Identify patterns • Suggest optimization steps • Benchmark performance • Create simple but clear decision-making reports Bonus • Experience with HYROS 3. AI-First Productivity You must actively use AI daily.
