We are looking for a Discord Community Manager who can maintain an active, organized, and valuable environment for members. Key Responsibilities Community Management Monitor Discord channels daily and maintain a professional, respectful environment. Ensure discussions remain relevant to trading, market analysis, and community topics. Moderation Enforce server rules and community standards. Handle spam, inappropriate behavior, and disputes while maintaining a constructive atmosphere. Member Support Answer questions related to the community, trading resources, courses, and platform navigation. Help new members understand where to find key resources and how to participate. Content Coordination Post scheduled updates, announcements, educational materials, and community highlights. Support the promotion of trading sessions, webinars, and new releases. Engagement Development Encourage conversations around trade ideas, trading psychology, performance sharing, and learning progress. Identify ways to increase participation and meaningful interaction. Community Events Support live trading sessions, Q&A discussions, and community challenges. Help coordinate announcements and follow-up discussions. Feedback Collection Gather insights from the community regarding courses, trading tools, and member experience. Report feedback and improvement ideas to the Green Squad team. Reporting Track basic community metrics such as member activity, engagement levels, and common support questions.
