Technical CEO / Head of Engineering (React, AI, Blockchain) We are looking for an exceptional technical leader to help drive the next phase of a live global platform at the intersection of art, artificial intelligence, and blockchain. This role begins as a hands-on technical project leader, coordinating multiple small development teams and ensuring critical features are delivered quickly and reliably. As the platform scales, the role will evolve into a Chief Executive Officer or Chief Technology Officer level leadership position for the right person. You will work directly with our existing senior team to bring complex systems to market and turn working technology into a scalable global platform. About the platform The company operates a live software platform that connects artists with display venues globally, while also integrating blockchain authentication and digital collectables linked to physical artworks. The system includes: A React web platform Headless WordPress backend API-driven architecture AI systems and automation agents Blockchain smart contracts and NFT minting Mobile applications Smart TV discovery applications The technology already exists and is operational. The focus of this role is delivery, coordination, and scaling. Your role You will: Lead and coordinate multiple developers working in parallel Ensure features are delivered from concept to production Maintain code quality, security, and architecture standards Translate product strategy into clear technical execution Solve technical problems quickly and pragmatically Help guide the platform toward global scale This is a hands-on role, not a management-only role. Technologies used in the platform Experience with many of the following is valuable: React Headless WordPress PHP REST APIs Artificial intelligence integrations Blockchain smart contracts (Solidity) NFT minting systems Flutter mobile apps Cloud infrastructure and deployment Security and payment systems You do not need to know every technology listed, but you must be able to understand complex systems quickly and lead engineers effectively.
