We’re an ecommerce business, looking for an AI creative systems expert to build a scalable content workflow for product images and promotional video ads. This is not just a content creation role. We need someone who can design the system itself: choose the right tools, build the workflows, reduce manual work, and create a setup that can improve over time as better AI models become available. The system should support many product types and produce content with as little manual intervention as possible. What we want to create: (Ads Mainly) -carousel assets -UGC-style ads -unboxing ads -product showcase ads -voiceover ads -wholesale / warehouse-style ads What we need from you: -recommend the best AI workflow / flow stack for this use case -build scalable, modular workflows -create repeatable templates for different ad/content types -minimize manual steps -document the system clearly -make the setup easy to update when better AI tools/models come out -We strongly prefer someone with media buying / performance creative experience, so you understand what works in paid ads, what doesn’t, and how to build systems around conversion, not just visuals.
