Paid Ads Execution Specialist | Remote | 4 hours/day
We're a performance marketing agency managing clients across ecommerce, lead gen, and B2B. We need an experienced, data-driven marketer to join our internal team.
This is hands-in-the-platform execution work:
Google Ads: Search, PMAX, Shopping, Display campaign builds. Keyword research across European languages with AI tools. Ad copy, negative keyword management, product title optimization. Tracking URLs, monthly reports, GA4 monitoring, Merchant Center policy fixes.
Meta Ads: Campaign setup, audience creation, lead form builds, asset uploads at scale. Performance monitoring, creative swap decisions, market research.
Across all platforms: Custom reporting, ad copy translation with AI tools, process improvement suggestions, basic tracking knowledge (pixels, GA4, GTM).
What we need:
- 2-3 years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- You can build Search, PMAX, Shopping, and Meta campaigns from scratch
- Keyword research across multiple languages
- High AI tool adoption in daily work
- Fluent, clear English
- Comfortable receiving tasks from 3-5 specialists
Nice to have: TikTok Ads, Native platforms, automation awareness (N8N, scripting, APIs).

- 4 hours/day, 5 days/week, European timezone
- All tasks in ClickUp. Clear briefs, clear scope.
