The goal is to build a portfolio of automated social media channels that generate consistent passive income through platform monetization, brand deals, affiliate marketing, and other revenue streams. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who understands the full content automation ecosystem, from niche research and content production to growth and monetization. ⸻ Responsibilities You will be responsible for managing the entire content automation pipeline, including: • Niche and trend research • Creating and setting up new social media channels • Content strategy and viral topic research • Script writing or managing writers • Voiceover generation (AI or human) • Video production and editing • Thumbnail / hook design • SEO optimization and captions • Posting and scheduling across platforms • Audience growth strategies • Monetization strategies • Scaling successful channels ⸻ Platforms Content will be created for: • YouTube (long form + shorts) • TikTok • Instagram Reels • Facebook Reels / Pages • Other platforms that offer creator monetization ⸻ Requirements We are looking for someone who: • Has proven experience growing social media channels • Understands viral content strategy and algorithms • Can grow channels from zero to monetization • Knows how to manage high-volume content production • Has experience managing multiple channels simultaneously • Understands automation and outsourcing workflows ⸻ Nice to Have Experience with tools such as: • VidIQ / TubeBuddy • ChatGPT or AI content tools • ElevenLabs / AI voiceover tools • CapCut / Premiere Pro / After Effects • Canva / Photoshop • Social media scheduling tools
