Job Description: We are a made-to-measure sliding wardrobe door company currently using Zoho CRM and are looking for an experienced Zoho developer/automation specialist to help streamline and automate several parts of our workflow from lead capture through to delivery and invoicing. The goal is to reduce manual work, connect our systems, and ensure a smooth operational process between sales, workshop, logistics, and accounts. Project Scope 1. Manufacturing Worksheet Automation Automate the creation of our manufacturing worksheets directly from Zoho lead/order data. Convert captured CRM data into a workshop-ready production sheet. We currently use an Excel worksheet with built-in calculations, which will be provided. The goal is to replicate or integrate these calculations within Zoho and automatically generate the worksheet for workshop staff. 2. Stock Allocation & Inventory Automation Automatically allocate stock from the manufacturing worksheet. Integrate with Zoho Inventory / stock management. Implement: Low stock alerts Automated stock replenishment Automatic Purchase Order creation for suppliers Ability to group supplier orders over a defined period (e.g., daily/weekly batching). 3. Delivery Route Automation Create automated delivery route planning within Zoho. Provide a driver-friendly mobile interface/app where drivers can: View assigned deliveries Take delivery photos Capture customer signatures Mark deliveries as completed. 4. Automated Invoicing Once the delivery note is signed, the system should automatically: Trigger invoice generation Send the invoice to the accounts department for processing. Ideal Candidate Strong experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Creator, and Zoho Flow Experience integrating Excel logic/calculations into Zoho systems Experience building automation workflows and operational dashboards Knowledge of manufacturing or inventory workflows is a strong advantage.
