AI Automation Specialist (Claude Code + CRM + AI Agents + Websites) We are hiring an AI Automation Specialist to help build, manage, and maintain AI automation systems for small businesses using GoHighLevel (Genesis Platform) and Claude code. Our company Genesis Avion Genesis develops automation systems for businesses that want to automate lead capture, follow-up, communication, and customer management. Most automation systems are built using Claude code combined with GoHighLevel workflows, so the ideal candidate must be comfortable working with AI-assisted coding, CRM automation, and AI agents. This role also requires strong communication skills, because you will often explain the automation systems to clients while they are being built and answer any questions about how they work. We work with a variety of clients, including: • Life Insurance agencies • HVAC companies • Small businesses implementing AI automation tools • Local service businesses We are looking for someone reliable, responsive, and experienced with automation systems. ⸻ Core Responsibilities The AI Automation Specialist will be responsible for building automation systems, AI agents, CRM workflows, websites, and communication systems for client businesses. ⸻ SMS Automation Systems You will build SMS automation workflows that automatically communicate with leads and customers. Examples include: • Lead form submission → automatic SMS sent instantly • Follow-up text messages if the lead does not respond • SMS sequences over multiple days • Missed call → automatic text response • Appointment reminder text messages • Confirmation text messages • Lead reactivation campaigns for old leads • Automated responses to inbound SMS messages • AI-powered SMS conversation agents Example workflow: Lead submits website form → CRM captures lead → SMS automatically sent within seconds → AI SMS agent continues conversation → Lead is scheduled for an appointment. ⸻ Phone Automation Systems You will build automated phone communication systems. Examples include: • AI voice agent that calls new leads automatically • Automated outbound calling for new leads • Power dialer systems for sales teams • Voicemail drop campaigns • Call routing systems • Call tracking systems • AI phone agents that answer inbound calls • Automated follow-up calls for leads that did not respond Example workflow: New lead enters CRM → System automatically calls lead within 60 seconds → If no answer → voicemail drop → SMS follow-up sent automatically. ⸻ Website Development + AI Website Agents You will build simple lead generation websites and landing pages using the Genesis platform. Responsibilities include: • Building websites inside GoHighLevel • Creating lead capture forms • Connecting forms to CRM pipelines • Integrating AI chat agents on websites Website AI agent responsibilities: • Answer questions for website visitors • Capture lead information automatically • Start conversations with visitors • Trigger SMS follow-ups after chat interaction • Send captured leads directly into CRM pipelines Example system: Visitor lands on website → AI chat agent greets visitor → Visitor asks question → AI answers → Visitor submits contact information → Lead automatically enters CRM → SMS follow-up begins. ⸻ CRM Setup & Automation You will configure CRM systems and automation workflows. Responsibilities include: • Creating sales pipelines • Organizing leads by stages • Tagging leads based on activity • Automating stage movement • Assigning leads to sales agents • Creating notifications for sales teams • Tracking lead status and activity Example pipeline: New Lead → Contacted → Appointment Scheduled → Closed Sale → Follow-up / Retarget. ⸻ Inbound Lead Automation You will build systems that automatically respond to inbound leads. Example workflow: Lead submits website form → CRM captures lead → SMS sent automatically → AI phone agent calls the lead → Lead enters pipeline → Follow-up messages continue until appointment is scheduled. These systems help businesses respond to leads instantly without manual work. ⸻ Social Media Automation You will build automation systems that manage inbound messages from social media platforms. Examples include: • Facebook DM automation • Instagram DM auto-replies • AI conversation agents responding to DMs • Automatic lead capture from social media conversations • Follow-up messages after DM conversations Example workflow: Customer sends message on Instagram → AI agent responds instantly → Conversation continues → Lead information captured → Lead enters CRM → SMS follow-up begins. ⸻ AI Agents You Will Build A major part of this role is building AI agents that communicate with leads and customers automatically. Examples of agents include: • Website chat agents • SMS conversation agents • AI voice calling agents • AI inbound call answering agents • Lead qualification agents • Appointment booking agents • Customer support AI agents These AI agents will be integrated into CRM workflows to automate communication and lead conversion. ⸻ Claude Code Development Most automation systems are built using **Claude code. You should be comfortable using Claude code to: • Generate automation logic • Build scripts and integrations • Develop automation workflows • Debug systems • Build custom solutions for clients You will often use Claude code alongside GoHighLevel workflows to create more advanced automation systems. ⸻ Client Communication Responsibilities Strong communication skills are required for this role.
