HI We are looking for a Zoho CRM expert to configure and integrate Zoho CRM for Stelvio Home Hub, our home services mobile app and website operating in the UAE. The objective is to make Zoho CRM the central system to manage customers, vendors, bookings, communications, and marketing activities. Scope of Work 1. CRM Configuration Setup Zoho CRM modules for: Customers Vendors Bookings / Orders Services Configure fields, workflows, and reporting dashboards. Setup user roles and permissions (Admin, Operations, Customer Support, Marketing). 2. App & Website Integration Integrate Zoho CRM with the Stelvio mobile app and website backend hosted on AWS. Sync data for: User registration Service bookings Booking updates Booking status changes Payment status 3. Payment Integration Connect Zoho CRM with Nomod payment system to track payment status, transaction ID, and payment records linked to bookings. 4. Communication Integration Integrate CRM with: SMS notifications WhatsApp messaging Email automation Configure automated notifications for booking confirmation, reminders, and service completion. 5. Social Media Integration Connect Zoho CRM with our social media channels to capture leads and manage customer inquiries from campaigns. 6. Telephone / Call System Integration Configure phone system integration so incoming customer calls automatically display the customer record and log call history in Zoho CRM. 7. Vendor Management Track vendor performance. Track commission and monthly vendor payouts. 8. Marketing & Campaign Tracking Enable campaign tracking for customer acquisition and engagement. Integrate CRM with marketing tools for targeted campaigns and customer segmentation. 9. Push Notification Capability Allow CRM workflows to trigger push notifications through the Stelvio app backend. 10. Reporting & Dashboard Create dashboards showing: Daily bookings Revenue by service category Vendor performance Customer activity and retention 11. Documentation & Handover Provide full API documentation and data mapping. Provide system documentation and user training after implementation. 12. Security & Backup Ensure proper data security, access control, and backup procedures for CRM data.
