We are looking for an experienced n8n automation specialist to build and optimize automated workflows that connect multiple tools and platforms. The goal is to create a reliable automation system that reduces manual work and allows our team to trigger tasks, process data, and publish content across different platforms automatically. We already have an n8n environment with developer access and need someone who can quickly design and implement scalable workflows. Responsibilities • Build and configure automated workflows using n8n • Integrate third-party tools and APIs • Create scheduling and trigger-based automation • Design structured workflows for reliability and scalability • Handle data transformation between systems • Ensure automation runs smoothly with minimal errors • Document workflows so our internal team can manage them Possible Integrations Workflows may connect with tools such as: • Social media platforms • CRM systems • Email tools • Databases • APIs and webhooks • Content management systems Requirements • Strong experience with n8n automation • Experience with API integrations and webhooks • Understanding of workflow logic and automation pipelines • Ability to design stable and scalable automation systems • Experience working with multiple SaaS tools and integrations • Good documentation practices Nice to Have • Experience with social media automation • Experience with Zapier / Make / other automation tools • Basic scripting or backend knowledge Project Type Initial setup of workflows with the possibility of ongoing automation work.
