We are a multi-location automotive dealership looking for a skilled AI automation engineer to streamline our operations. Our goal is to automate data gathering from various dealership platforms, provide actionable insights to our staff, and create a digital manager to oversee these tasks. Key Responsibilities: Integrate and automate data extraction from dealership platforms such as CRM, DMS, vAuto, and others. Develop workarounds for platforms without available APIs. Build a centralized system to provide insights and action prompts to our management team. Monitor task completion and report back on performance metrics. Work closely with our team to understand our unique needs and provide guidance in a clear, understandable manner. Requirements: Proven experience with API integration and automation. Familiarity with automotive dealership platforms (CRM, DMS, vAuto, etc.). Strong skills in Python, data pipelines, and AI frameworks (LangChain, OpenAI API). Ability to create intuitive dashboards and reporting systems. Excellent communication skills to guide and collaborate with non-technical stakeholders. Interest in a long-term collaboration to automate processes across multiple departments. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the automotive industry.
