Job Title: Operations Project Manager (WordPress + GoHighLevel) We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Project Manager to help manage and improve our internal systems for building websites and CRM automations for home service businesses. This role is ideal for someone who is process-driven, organized, and enjoys quality assurance (QA) — making sure builds are implemented correctly and projects move smoothly from start to finish. Responsibilities Manage website and CRM build projects from start to completion Perform QA checks on WordPress websites and GoHighLevel setups Ensure systems follow documented SOPs and build checklists Coordinate with developers, automation specialists, and designers Track tasks and milestones in project management tools Identify process improvements and operational bottlenecks Take ownership of project timelines and delivery quality Requirements Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Experience working with WordPress (Elementor, plugins, site builds) Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRM/automation platforms Comfortable reviewing workflows, pipelines, forms, and integrations Process-oriented mindset with strong documentation skills Excellent communication and follow-through Nice to Have Experience with website QA, SEO setups, or marketing automation Experience managing remote teams or contractors Familiarity with tools like Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or similar We are looking for someone who takes ownership, follows processes carefully, and ensures nothing slips through the cracks.
