We are building an AI-powered simulation platform for the real estate market using the open-source project MiroFish. MiroFish simulates AI agents interacting in a social environment (similar to Twitter/Reddit discussions) to create swarm intelligence simulations. Our goal is to adapt this system to simulate the real estate market, where different AI agents (buyers, brokers, investors, developers, end users, flippers, etc.) interact and generate market insights, pricing signals, demand trends, and sentiment analysis. We want a freelancer to deploy, modify, and extend the MiroFish codebase to work specifically for real estate simulations.
