The videos must meet monetization requirements. **We want to work with you if:** - You have experience producing binge-worthy content for YouTube. - You know how to maintain viewer engagement through good pacing, smooth transitions, and more. - You’re skilled at working under tight deadlines. - You consistently deliver high-quality work with minimal need for revisions. - You’re organized, communicative, and offer fast turnaround times. - You can deliver work through Google Drive - You are creative **Video requirements:** - Video workflow should include: a 10-second bait intro, channel intro, IG/subscribe pop-ups, and content edited in a thrilling, engaging, and entertaining manner, ending with channel end screens. - Incorporate copyright-free sound effects and background music where appropriate, without overuse. - Use copyright-free clips or licensed stock footage. - Edit videos to be bingeable, captivating, and focused on high CTR and retention rates.
