I am trying to print text information submitted through a JotForm directly onto an 8×8 inch thick FBI FD-258 fingerprint card using a Brother MFC-L5700DW laser printer. The goal is to properly align the form field data so it prints in the correct locations on the fingerprint card (name, DOB, address, etc.). Because the card is thicker than standard paper and uses a fixed layout, I need help configuring the PDF template, margins, scaling, and printer settings so the text aligns accurately when printed.
