Overview Rise Healthcare is an ODA-certified healthcare agency specializing in the Structured Family Caregiving (SFC) program in Ohio. We are seeking a results-oriented Marketing Agency to design, build, and execute our entire growth engine from the ground up. Our mission is to identify families currently providing care to loved ones and transition them into the SFC program, ensuring they receive the training, clinical support, and financial compensation they deserve. Scope of Work We are not looking for "posts"; we are looking for placements. The selected agency will be responsible for: 1. Competitive Intelligence & Replicating Success Competitor Reverse-Engineering: Identify the top-performing SFC and Home Health providers in Ohio. Deconstruct their funnels, ad copy, and offer structures. Gap Analysis: Identify what competitors are saying and position Rise as the "Veteran/Expert" choice. 2. Paid Media Architecture (Direct Response) Multi-Channel Strategy: Launch and manage highly targeted campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Search (PPC), and YouTube. The "SFC Hook": Develop ad angles that speak directly to the "exhausted family caregiver" (e.g., “Get paid to stay home with Mom”). Retargeting Funnels: Build sequences to stay in front of families as they navigate the 30–60 day waiver application process. 3. Creative Production & Brand Voice High-Impact Creatives: Produce video ads, static carousels, and landing pages that pass the "Grandma Test"—simple, high-trust, and accessible. Compliance-Ready Copy: All copy must adhere to Ohio Department of Aging (ODA) and Medicaid marketing guidelines (no false promises or misleading claims). 4. SEO & Authority Building Local SEO: Dominate Columbus and greater Ohio searches for terms like "Paid family caregiving Ohio," "SFC program requirements," and "PASSPORT waiver help." Content Pillars: Create high-value blog/video content that answers the "scary" questions: How does Medicaid work? Will I lose my other benefits? 5. Technical Architecture Conversion Tracking: Set up full-stack tracking (GTM, Meta Pixel, GA4) to measure the exact cost-per-lead and cost-per-placement. CRM Integration: Ensure all leads flow seamlessly into our internal systems for Case Manager follow-up. Agency Requirements Healthcare Experience: Must have a track record in a regulated industry (Home Health, Senior Living, or Insurance). The "Ohio" Factor: Preference given to agencies that understand the Ohio Medicaid landscape (PASSPORT, MyCare, etc.). Full-Stack Capability: Must handle everything from the "Big Picture" strategy to the technical pixels. Performance Indicators (KPIs) We will judge success based on: Cost Per Qualified Lead (CPQL) Market Share: Dominance in "SFC" search rankings vs. local competitors. Ad Transparency: Ability to provide clear, weekly reporting on spend vs. results.
