Job Description PM Sherpas is a global consulting firm specializing in the implementation and optimization of Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) platforms such as Planview, Sciforma, and Atlassian tools. We work with organizations around the world to improve how they manage complex projects, portfolios, and PMO operations. We are launching a new initiative called Sherpas AI PMP, focused on building AI-powered agents that support and automate parts of the project management lifecycle. We are looking for a part-time Product Manager who can help define and lead this product from the early stage. This role will work closely with leadership, engineering, and early customers to shape the product and guide its development. Responsibilities • Define the product vision and initial product scope • Build and maintain the product roadmap • Work closely with the R&D team on architecture, features, and priorities • Coordinate pilots and proof-of-concept deployments with early customers • Translate real-world PMO and project management challenges into AI-driven solutions • Help shape the long-term product strategy Requirements • Experience as a Product Manager for SaaS or AI products • Strong experience defining product strategy and product roadmaps • Ability to work closely with engineering teams and translate business needs into product features • Familiarity with project and portfolio management systems (such as Planview, Jira, Monday, Asana, or similar tools) is very important • Strong communication skills and ability to work with customers Nice to Have • Experience working in or with a PMO organization • Experience with AI / LLM-based products • Experience working with enterprise customers Engagement • Part-time role (flexible hours) • Remote • Initial engagement for several months with potential for a longer-term role About PM Sherpas PM Sherpas is a boutique consulting firm focused on project and portfolio management transformations.
