What the Agent will work on - The Human Capital Intelligence Agent will augment structured HR workflows across: Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding analytics, Human Capital Operations and lifecycle management, Talent Management and performance analytics, Total Rewards modelling, and Organisational Design and workforce intelligence. What we are looking for in the Agent - Demonstrated capability in HR-domain workflows such as talent screening, attrition risk, workforce analytics, or equivalent. - Azure-compatible architecture, deployable without material re-engineering. - Integration capability with HRIS, ATS, payroll, or workforce analytics platforms. - Sovereign LLM integration via secure API calls - Clear explainability and audit traceability on all decisions. - Defined exception handling and escalation logic - Documented Responsible AI compliance including bias testing.
