I am a real estate agent based in the Dominican Republic and I receive inquiries from potential buyers through Instagram and Facebook. I am looking for a reliable and professional person who can respond to messages, qualify leads, and organize them inside my CRM (Follow Up Boss). Your role will be to filter serious buyers from casual inquiries and help schedule calls only with qualified prospects. Responsibilities: • Respond to incoming messages on Instagram and Facebook • Ask a few qualification questions (budget, timeline, reason for buying, etc.) • Identify if the lead is a serious potential buyer • Add qualified leads into Follow Up Boss CRM • Send them my calendar link to schedule a call • Keep notes organized inside the CRM Ideal Candidate: • Experience with real estate lead qualification • Familiar with Instagram & Facebook messaging • Experience using Follow Up Boss CRM (or similar CRM) • Excellent English writing skills (friendly but professional) • Organized and detail oriented • Able to respond quickly to leads Bonus Skills (not required): • Experience working with real estate agents or brokerages • Familiar with ManyChat or social media automation • Spanish or French is a plus Workload: Approx. 1–2 hours per day to start (may grow with more leads). Goal: Help ensure that only qualified buyers book calls, while keeping my CRM clean and organized.
