We are looking for a developer or automation specialist who can help build systems that support community monitoring, discussion discovery, and organized engagement across online health and wellness communities. The goal is to identify relevant conversations happening online and help our team participate in discussions where our expertise can provide value. You will help design workflows using automation tools to monitor conversations and surface opportunities for thoughtful participation. We want to move quickly and are looking for someone who can set up the infrastructure and workflows ASAP. Communities & Platforms The system may monitor and organize discussions across communities such as: • Reddit • Quora • Tumblr • Twitter (X) • Facebook / Instagram • Discord • MyFitnessPal community • Health and fitness forums • Weight loss communities • Sleep and wellness discussion groups Responsibilities • Build workflows using automation tools that monitor discussions and keywords across platforms • Identify relevant threads and discussions happening in health and wellness communities • Create systems that organize conversations and alerts for our team • Help structure engagement workflows and tracking • Ensure systems are scalable and efficient Requirements • Experience with automation tools and workflow systems • Familiarity with online forums and social platforms • Ability to organize discussion monitoring across multiple communities • Strong technical and problem-solving skills
