I’m looking for an experienced AI engineer or full-stack developer to help build an MVP of a real-time AI meeting co-pilot. The goal is to create a tool that listens to meetings (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet), transcribes the conversation in real time, and uses an AI model to generate short expert responses, insights, and follow-up questions that appear in a private interface during the meeting (similar to a teleprompter). The system should also generate post-meeting deliverables such as summaries, action items, and draft documents or presentation outlines based on the conversation. I already have a detailed specification and product concept ready. The main goal is to build a working MVP quickly, then expand features afterward. Core Features (MVP) • Real-time meeting transcription • AI-generated responses and insights during meetings • Suggested follow-up questions and technical explanations • Private overlay or companion interface • Post-meeting summaries and action items • Basic draft deliverables (documents or slide outlines) Ideal Background I’m looking for someone with experience building AI-powered applications, especially systems involving: • LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) • Speech-to-text / transcription systems (Whisper, Deepgram, AssemblyAI) • Python or Node.js backend development • Real-time data pipelines or streaming systems • Vector databases or RAG architectures • Desktop overlays, browser extensions, or lightweight UI tools Experience building AI copilots, meeting assistants, or real-time AI tools is a strong plus.
