I’m looking for a developer to build a private system that helps manage and process my Outlook email. The system should analyze a large set of past emails, then monitor incoming emails and assist with summarizing them, drafting replies, and extracting tasks. Tasks should be written automatically into a Google Sheets task tracker. The goal is to reduce the time required to read, triage, respond to, and act on email. ⸻ Phase 1 Scope The system should support the following: 1. Historical Email Processing • Import approximately 6–12 months of Outlook email history • Extract sender, subject, body, timestamp, thread context, and reply data • Use this dataset to learn communication patterns and writing style ⸻ 2. Email Classification Automatically categorize incoming emails and determine: • category or topic • whether a response is required • whether action is required • priority level • tone (neutral, frustrated, urgent, etc.) ⸻ 3. Email Summaries Generate digest summaries during the day (for example morning, midday, and evening). Each entry should include: • sender • subject • short summary (1–2 sentences) • classification • tone indicator • whether response or action is required ⸻ 4. Draft Responses For emails requiring a response, generate draft replies based on: • the email content • patterns learned from historical emails Drafts must be reviewed before sending. ⸻ 5. Task Extraction When emails contain actionable items, the system should create tasks automatically. Tasks should be written to a Google Sheets task tracker. ⸻ 6. Instruction-Based Actions The system should also support instructions such as: • draft an email to a specific person • send a request for information • create a task based on an instruction ⸻ Technical Requirements Strong experience with: • Microsoft Graph API (Outlook) • email processing automation • LLM-based text classification and summarization • working with historical datasets • Google Sheets API • backend scripting (Python or similar) ⸻ Proposal Questions Please answer these questions in your proposal. 1.
