Responsibilities • Write captions and posts for Instagram and Facebook • Turn blog posts, newsletters, and ideas into social media content • Schedule and manage posts • Create simple carousel posts or visual concepts when needed • Support engagement with the right audience • Create posts designed to trigger comment-to-DM automation Tools Familiarity with the following platforms is important: • ManyChat for automated comment-to-DM responses • CapCut or CapCut Pro for reels and short-form video editing • ChatGPT and Claude or similar AI tools for writing, editing, and idea generation Requirements • Very fluent English writing • Experience creating social media content • Understanding of what currently performs well on Instagram • Ability to turn ideas or drafts into clear, polished posts
