We are looking for an experienced LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist who can generate qualified discovery calls through LinkedIn.
This is a B2C campaign targeting professionals interested in improving their careers and exploring better job opportunities.
Your responsibility is simple:
Generate qualified discovery calls through LinkedIn outreach.
Initially, the campaign will use:
• The founder’s LinkedIn profile
• The company LinkedIn page
The goal is to start with a smaller proof-of-concept campaign before scaling.

Initial Goal
The first phase goal is:
5–10 qualified discovery calls per week
If this phase works well, we will scale the campaign to:
30–40 qualified calls per week
Scaling may involve:
• additional LinkedIn profiles
• outreach systems
• automation tools
This can become a long-term engagement for the right person.

Lead Qualification
We already have an internal system to qualify leads.
When someone books a call, our team will review the lead to confirm that they match our target audience.
Only leads that pass our qualification review will count as qualified appointments.

Payment Structure
This role is pay-per-qualified appointment.
Typical payout range:
$20 – $50 per qualified appointment
Final compensation will depend on lead quality based on our qualification criteria, which will be explained during the interview.
If a booking is clearly spam, fake, or outside the target audience, it will not count as a qualified appointment.

Since this role is performance-based (pay per qualified appointment), contractors are expected to manage their own operational setup.
This may include tools such as Sales Navigator, automation tools, or prospecting platforms.

Ideal Candidate
You should:
• Have proven LinkedIn lead generation experience
• Be comfortable running B2C outreach campaigns
• Understand how to convert conversations into booked calls
• Have experience using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Dripify, Expandi, Waalaxy, etc.
• Be able to test and refine outreach strategies
Experience generating appointments for high-ticket services is a strong plus.
