We are seeking a developer to build a simple web application that allows real estate agents to generate contracts using an AI-powered assistant. The system will guide agents through a short series of questions and automatically generate completed real estate agreements such as Listing Agreements and Purchase & Sale Agreements. How It Should Work An AI assistant asks agents a series of questions (property address, seller/buyer name, price, closing date, commission, etc.). The answers populate structured fields in the system. The system automatically generates a completed PDF agreement using preloaded contract templates. Agents can then: Preview the document Download the PDF Email the PDF to themselves Requirements We are looking for someone experienced with: AI integrations Web app development Document/PDF automation Building scalable SaaS tools Preferred technologies may include React, OpenAI API, and PDF generation tools, but we are open to recommendations.
