This includes Kubernetes operations, CI/CD systems, observability stack, and networking for high-frequency trading and DeFi strategies. Your work directly impacts latency, uptime, and developer velocity.</p> <h2>What You'll Do</h2> <ul> <li>Design and evolve our Kubernetes platform: operators, workload orchestration, efficient deployments (blue/green, canary).</li> <li>Improve CI/CD pipelines: GitHub Actions, Cloud Build, automated tests, secure image delivery.</li> <li>Build and maintain monitoring and incident response: OpenTelemetry, Prometheus/Alertmanager, Loki, Tempo, Thanos/Mimir.</li> <li>Maintain network &amp; ingress: NGINX Ingress, Kong Gateway (auth, rate-limit, plugins).</li> <li>Manage infrastructure as code: Terraform/Ansible for GCP resources.</li> <li>Drive FinOps: optimize cost of compute, storage, and networking.</li> <li>Support development teams: debug performance issues, improve reliability, automate workflows.</li> <li>Lead incident response &amp; post-mortems: ensure systems are observable and resilient.</li> </ul> <h2>Stack &amp; Infra You'll Touch</h2> <ul> <li><strong>Platform:</strong> GCP + Kubernetes (ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, Cloud Build)</li> <li><strong>Networking:</strong> NGINX Ingress, Kong Gateway</li> <li><strong>Observability:</strong> OpenTelemetry, Grafana Alloy, Prometheus, Alertmanager, Loki, Tempo, Thanos, Mimir</li> <li><strong>Data &amp; Messaging:</strong> Kafka (event streams, schema evolution)</li> <li><strong>Datastores:</strong> Postgres, GCS</li> <li><strong>Tooling:</strong> Terraform, Ansible, Python/Rust for automation</li> </ul> <h2>What We're Looking For</h2> <h3>Experience</h3> <ul> <li>5+ years running production infrastructure at scale.</li> <li>Strong experience with Kubernetes (operators, controllers, upgrades).</li> <li>Solid background in CI/CD, GitOps, infrastructure as code.</li> <li>Proven record of building reliable, observable systems.</li> </ul> <h3>Technical Skills</h3> <ul> <li>Strong in at least one systems language (Golang or Rust preferred).</li> <li>Cloud (GCP/AWS/Azure) networking and IAM.</li> <li>Terraform / Ansible or similar for infra automation.</li> <li>Monitoring and tracing (Prometheus, OpenTelemetry).</li> <li>Incident management and on-call practices.</li> </ul> <h3>Nice to Have</h3> <ul> <li>Experience in low-latency trading or crypto infra.</li> <li>Security hardening (network policies, secrets management, Vault/KMS).</li> <li>Performance tuning of Kubernetes and containerized workloads.</li> <li>Cost optimization (FinOps) at scale.</li> </ul> <h2>Why Join Us</h2> <ul> <li>Competitive comp with equity/token upside.</li> <li>Ownership of the platform core to trading.</li> <li>Remote (±4h CET), lean sharp team, offsites.</li> </ul> <h2>Mindset</h2> <ul> <li>End-to-end ownership.
