We are seeking a proactive, tech-savvy Growth Virtual Assistant to help scale our lead generation and digital presence. We are not looking for someone to wait for instructions. We need a "figure-it-out" professional who takes ownership of workflows, optimizes our CRM, and uses AI to move faster. You will be responsible for building relationships with prospects and ensuring no lead falls through the cracks. Strategic Lead Gen & Outreach: Beyond identifying prospects, you will design the "hook." You’ll execute multi-channel outreach where every touchpoint feels personalized and strategic. CRM Optimization & Automation: You will act as our HubSpot librarian and architect—ensuring data integrity, automating lead scoring, and building workflows that nurture leads while we sleep. Digital Marketing Fundamentals: You possess a holistic understanding of the growth ecosystem—from SEO and high-value Content Creation to high-conversion Email Marketing and Social Media Management. You understand how PPC fits into a broader brand strategy. Content & Digital Presence: You will manage our digital footprint. This includes optimizing basic SEO, scheduling content, and ensuring our brand voice is consistent across Mailchimp and social platforms. AI-Driven Growth: You’ll leverage tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity not just for writing, but for market research, competitor analysis, and rapid content repurposing. Analytics & Reporting: You don't just "post"; you measure. You are comfortable diving into Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, and social metrics to interpret data, identify trends, and pivot campaigns for better ROI. Performance Tracking: You will lead a weekly "Growth Review," presenting metrics that matter (Conversion rates, CPA, Lead Velocity) rather than just "vanity metrics Technical Proficiency: You are a "stack native." You have hands-on experience with WordPress, CRMs like HubSpot, email automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp), and social schedulers (e.g., Hootsuite/Buffer). Creative & Strategic Thinking: You bring ideas to the table. We need someone who can look at a blank calendar and propose a month-long campaign that aligns with our business goals, not just wait for a to-do list.
