About Us
Ripper Productions is a content production and marketing company based in Australia. We work primarily with trade businesses, helping them grow their visibility, build trust online, and generate leads through strategic content and marketing systems.
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our growing operations across content management, CRM systems, and internal project organisation.
This role will help keep our marketing and production systems running smoothly.
Your Role
You will assist with managing and organising key areas of our marketing and operations, including:
Social Media Management
- Scheduling content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Uploading reels, videos, and posts
- Writing captions using provided guidelines
- Organising content calendars
- Basic engagement support (comments/messages if required)
Email Marketing
- Creating and scheduling email campaigns
- Uploading and formatting email content
- Managing email lists and segmentation
- Supporting automated nurture sequences
- GoHighLevel CRM & Automations
- Building and managing workflows
- Creating lead pipelines
- Setting up automation sequences
- Managing contact lists
- Supporting lead capture and follow-up systems
Notion Workspace Management
- Building and maintaining Notion boards
- Updating task boards and project tracking
- Organising internal documentation
- Helping maintain structured workflows for projects and clients
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised and detail-oriented

- Comfortable learning and working with new tools
- Experienced with digital marketing systems
- Reliable and responsive with communication
