We are looking for a Lead Generation and Outreach Specialist to help us connect with people interested in starting or operating independent living homes. Our company provides systems, education, and CRM tools that help independent living operators organize their homes, track residents, and run their operations efficiently. Your role will be to find potential leads, start conversations, and guide them toward booking a consultation. This is not a sales-heavy role. The goal is to generate interest aND LEADS. ⸻ Responsibilities • Research and find potential leads interested in independent living homes • Reach out to leads through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and online groups • Start conversations with potential clients • Send interested leads to our booking link or funnel • Enter and organize leads in our CRM system (GoHighLevel) • Follow up with leads who show interest ⸻ Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: • Has experience with lead generation or outreach • Is comfortable messaging people online • Can communicate professionally and clearly • Has experience using CRM systems (GoHighLevel is a plus but not required) • Is organized and good at tracking leads Bonus if you have experience with: • Social media lead generation • Appointment setting • Online community outreach ⸻ Expected Work The goal is to generate qualified leads and booked consultations each week.
