We need a strong technical leader to join us immediately. --- The Role: We are looking for an experienced CTO or Technical Director on a contract basis to: - Lead and build our technical team across software and robotics domains - Own technical architecture and delivery across multiple projects - Represent the technical team in client meetings - Hire, manage and mentor developers and engineers - Ensure on-time, high-quality project delivery - Bridge software, AI and automation disciplines --- What You Must Have: - Good experience in software development or engineering - Proven experience leading technical teams of 10+ people - Hands-on experience with AI/ML solutions - Understanding of robotics or industrial automation (strong advantage) - Experience delivering government or enterprise projects - Strong communication and client-facing skills - Ability to start immediately or within 2 weeks --- Tech Stack (across our projects): - Python, FastAPI, React, Node.js - AI/RAG systems, LLMs, vector databases - PLC systems (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi) - Robotic arm integration (FANUC, ABB, UR — advantage) - Cloud and on-premise deployments - PostgreSQL, Qdrant, Docker --- What We Offer: - Competitive contract rate - Clear project pipeline with long-term engagement potential - Full-time conversion opportunity for the right person - Opportunity to build and lead a team from the ground up - Exciting portfolio — government AI, robotics, enterprise software --- Engagement: - Type: Contract (with full-time potential) - Location: Remote with occasional travel to Penang, Malaysia (if necessary) - Start: Immediate - Duration: 6 months initial, renewable --- To Apply: Please share: 1.
