Overview
We are hiring an experienced funnel automation specialist to build a complete lead-to-consultation system for a professional services firm. The goal is to capture inbound leads, qualify them through a short questionnaire, and automatically book consultations while triggering confirmation, reminder, and follow-up automations.
This role requires strong experience with GoHighLevel, CRM workflows, calendar integrations, and consultation funnels.
Project Scope
Build a complete automated consultation funnel including:
• Meta lead form integration
• Qualification questionnaire landing page
• Consultation booking system
• Email and SMS automation
• CRM pipeline setup
• Lead recovery automation.
The system must be simple, reliable, and optimized to maximize consultation bookings.
Responsibilities
Build a short qualification funnel page (3–4 questions)
Connect the funnel to a booking calendar (Calendly or GoHighLevel calendar)
Set up confirmation emails and SMS notifications after booking
Create reminder sequences (24 hours, 2 hours, and 15 minutes before calls)
Implement abandoned lead recovery automation (SMS follow-up and task creation)
Integrate Meta lead forms with the CRM system
Test the entire flow from lead capture to consultation booking.
Deliverables
Fully functioning consultation funnel
Working integrations between Meta leads, funnel pages, calendar, and CRM
Email and SMS automation sequences configured
CRM pipeline structure with tags and stages
Full funnel testing and documentation.
